RUPCO Homeownership Orientation Classes
Learn the ins and outs of buying and owning a home including how to get the best deals and protect your property and your rights. Learn how income eligible buyers can secure grant funding for down payment and closing costs and secure the lowest possible interest rates on mortgages.
